Representatives of the DEsire team participated in the 12th International Conference on Energy, Sustainability and Climate Crisis, which took place from August 25th to 29th on the island of Rhodes, Greece. The conference provided an excellent opportunity to promote the Coal-to-Nuclear concept among researchers from various European countries. The DEsire project was presented in two papers: “Potential of Coal-to-Nuclear Decarbonization Path in Poland – First Conclusions of the DEsire Project” – presented by Łukasz Bartela, and “Potential of Coal-to-Nuclear Decarbonization Path in Poland – Feasibility Study of a Chosen Location” – presented by Dorota Homa.
