The event was part of the DEsire project, focusing on the Coal-to-Nuclear transition.<\/p>\n<p>The conference was opened by Zbigniew Wiegner (Polish Nuclear Power Plants) with a presentation titled &#8220;From the Diary of a Construction Manager&#8221;, followed by \u0141ukasz Bartela (Silesian University of Technology), who introduced the DEsire project\u2019s goals and achievements.<\/p>\n<p>The event featured three key discussion panels:<br \/>\n\u2b50 Panel I: &#8220;Nuclear Energy in Poland \u2013 Readiness for Development&#8221;<br \/>\n\ud83d\udca1 Wojciech Wrochna LL.M.
